I worked along side these wonderful attorneys and I always send anyone looking for assistance in criminal matters to them with my highest recommendation. Both attorneys are straight shooters, they don’t dress anything up, they will tell you how it is even if it’s not pretty. If you listen to them they will be the best counselor you ever had/worked with.

There knowledge of criminal law is next to none. If I personally ever needed a criminal attorney, this would be my 1st choice and only choice. Kelly & Rubin are responsive at all hours and try to addresses your specific needs. They will work to educate you on the law and they try there best to always accommodate and keep in mind the financial burden an attorney can be. I can’t stress it enough but there service is truly second to none.

So, If you’ve just been arrested or are looking for someone to assist a friend or family member who just has, look no further and give them a call. You won’t regret it. They are going to make you feel like you’re part of their own family and they will work tirelessly to advocate and fight for you.

I highly recommend Robert P Kelly, due to his background of being a former Assistant District Attorney and currently as a defense Attorney, he is very easy going and down to earth and sees you as a person and not as a number!! He is excellent at sentence reduction and exoneration! Thank God for Robert P Kelly!!

Robert Kelly represented me in a very difficult case. I recommend him 100%. He was very attentive and made me feel at ease during an extremely tough time. The relentless adversary backed down after Robert and I prepared meticulously and at length for a trial. I was relieved and achieved the result I wanted at the end without having to testify. I’m very happy with Robert Kelly services and I fully recommend him with anyone in need of an attorney. Mr. Kelly did a quick turn around to help me with my fourteen year old brother case. My brother was going to be prosecuted for leaving the scene of an accident and Mr. Kelly did everything he could to save him from getting a record. We are very appreciated for his help!

I can’t even describe the amount of satisfaction received from this firm. They are FAMILY! They go above and beyond the call of duty and deliver everytime. Like a good lawyer, Rubin and Kelly are there! That’s to sum them up. Both passionate and give you 110% even if the threshold is 100%. I can’t even imagine what I will do, or be without these guys. Highly, Highly recommend them if you need REAL LEGAL HELP!

Kelly and Rubin are more than just my representatives they are FAMILY, they go above and beyond for their clients, they make you feel comfortable in every aspect; It doesn’t matter what time of the day, evening or night they will make themselves available to answer any questions that you may asked, I loved them wholeheartedly and I would recommend them to anyone at the drop of a pin, thank you gentlemen for taking the time and effort to be there for me and my family. Over the years I’ve come to love you guys more each day, not because of the awesome job you do, but because you treat everyone with love, respect and understanding, five stars for the greatest attorneys ever!!!!
